One of the most common questions I get — especially from people sensitive to caffeine — is:
“How much caffeine is in your teas?”

Totally fair question.

Whether you’re avoiding caffeine for health reasons, trying to cut back, or just want to know what you’re sipping before bed, it’s good to understand what you’re putting into your body. I designed EMTeas blends with those needs in mind — some with a gentle lift, some with zero caffeine, and all with purpose.

⚖️ A Quick Note on How We Brew

All EMTeas blends are designed to be brewed as a 40 oz pot using 3–4 teaspoons.
The caffeine numbers below are per 8 oz cup, based on that 40 oz brew.

🔎 For comparison:
A standard 8 oz cup of coffee contains about 95 mg of caffeine.
Even our strongest tea blend is less than a third of that — so you can enjoy your cup without overdoing it.


🌞 Soothing Sips – Our Most Energizing Blend (~20–25mg per cup)

Base: Nepalese Black Tea
Soothing Sips brings a bold, balanced lift — great for post-meal digestion or a natural boost when you need to focus. It’s the most energizing blend in the EMTeas lineup, with slightly more caffeine than Golden Glow but still far below a cup of coffee.

It’s anchored by Nepalese black tea and rounded out with ginger, fennel, peppermint, and licorice root for a deeply soothing flavor — without the crash.

Base: Dragonwell Green Tea

Base: Snow Dragon White Tea
