Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Orders are processed throughout the week, and all shipments are dispatched every Wednesday via USPS.
To be included in the Wednesday shipment, your order must be placed by Tuesday at midnight Mountain Time.
Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the following Wednesday.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We proudly ship using compostable mailers and eco-friendly packaging materials.
At EMTeas, we believe that caring for your health and caring for the planet should go hand in hand.

Currently, we only ship within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Delays and Lost Packages
Once a package has been handed over to USPS, EMTeas is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by USPS.
If you encounter an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking number.
