Due to the nature of our products, all tea sales are final.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food items for safety and quality reasons.
However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us.
If there is an issue with your order — such as receiving the wrong item, damage during shipping, or another concern — please reach out to us at Ben@EMTeasLLC.com within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll always do our best to make it right.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your package is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at Ben@EMTeasLLC.com with your order details and photos if possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Because we sell consumable products (loose-leaf tea), we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there was an error on our part or the product arrived damaged.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card company.
